Swimming

For Term 1, we are doing swimming! We have been having fun practicing water safety, and becoming more confident in the water. Whaea Nicole has been taking photos of our underwater gliding and "C" has been helping us have confidence to put our heads under the water.

Graphing

We've been learning about graphs. First we learnt how to use tally marks, and then created a pictograph of how Room 3 gets to school. We found out that most children come to school in a car, and no children take the bus to school.

 

Then we worked in groups to create a bar graph. First we came up with a question to ask the class, then we took the data we collected and created our graphs.

 This is what we made!
